Welcome to Linchpin Enterprises, the parent company of Linchpin Events. These Terms govern your access to the Site and any services offered. By using our Site, you agree to these Terms in full.
Company Services
Linchpin Events is a full-service planning firm providing design, vendor sourcing, and on-site coordination. We specialize in events of all sizes, including virtual team experiences, operating as a division of Linchpin Enterprises.
Usage & Conduct
You must be 18 to submit an inquiry. Users must act lawfully and avoid unauthorized access, scraping content, or submitting false data. We reserve the right to block access for any violation of policy.
Ownership & Intellectual Property
All Site content, including logos and designs, belongs to Linchpin Enterprises. You grant us a license to use any event media you share with us for marketing, unless you request its removal.
Contractual Relationship
Inquiries do not create a client relationship. A formal contract exists only after a Client Services Agreement is signed and a retainer is paid. We may decline any project at our discretion.
Liability & Third Parties
We are not responsible for third-party vendor performance or links. Our total liability for Site use is limited. Specific service liabilities are handled via signed legal agreements.
Legal Provisions
These Terms are governed by state law. Neither party is liable for delays caused by Force Majeure events beyond their control. Disputes will be handled in the designated local court jurisdiction.
